The employment services transformation promotes and encourages diverse hiring practices, focusing on improving employment outcomes for persons with disabilities as well as Indigenous Peoples, newcomers, and youth.
Working with local employment service providers, we offer a range of resources, supports, and services to respond to the career and employment needs of individuals, and the skilled labour needs of employers, to help individuals on a path to higher skill training and employment.
Bruce County serves as the lead to improve the delivery of employment services for Bruce County, Grey County, Huron County, and the City of Stratford (serving Perth County).
