Bruce County serves as the lead to improve the delivery of employment services for Bruce County, Grey County, Huron County, and the City of Stratford (serving Perth County). Working with local employment service providers, Employment Services – Bruce Grey Huron Perth offers a range of resources, supports, and services to respond to the career and employment needs of individuals, and the skilled labour needs of employers to help individuals on a path to higher skill training and employment.

Aaron Stauch

Director, Employment Services

As the Regional Manager for Employment Services, Aaron Stauch leads the team supporting the delivery of service system management and operationalizing the objectives of the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Employment Services Consortium, which includes Bruce County, Grey County, Huron County, and the City of Stratford serving Perth County. Aaron is an experienced leader with expertise in partnership development and the delivery and system stewardship of government funded programs. He has been a Senior Manager with the Ontario Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services and was also previously a Service Delivery Manager with the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities. Aaron holds a Master of Environmental Studies (City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning) and a Master of Business Administration.

Ellen Gregg

Supervisor, Employment Services

As Supervisor, Ellen Gregg is responsible for day-to-day operations of the employment services team, and developing and implementing quality assurance programs and practices to support the objectives of the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Employment Services Consortium, which includes the geographic area of Bruce County, Grey County, Huron County, and the City of Stratford serving Perth County. With 20+ years of experience in healthcare focused in the areas of community development, needs assessment, program development, program delivery, program management, and evaluation, Ellen brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team.

Bailey Lounsbury

Quality Assurance Specialist

As the Employment Services Quality Assurance Specialist, Bailey Lounsbury supports employment service providers compliance with regulations and client interactions as well as collaborating with local community partners, service providers, and employers in Grey, Bruce Huron and Perth Counties. Bailey joined the world of employment services in August of 2023. In the past, she has worked as a Marketing Manager, Court Services Representative, Business Owner/ Entrepreneur, as well as financial compliance roles across Grey and Bruce counties. She has worked in many different sectors over her years, which helps her add a diverse, unique vision to the position. Bailey has a Degree in Business and in Marketing. When she is not working, Bailey is involved in many local volunteer initiatives and community events as well as assisting local service groups in the area.

Margaret Wright

Program Assistant

As Program Assistant in the Employment Services division, Margaret provides key administrative support ensuring smooth operations and delivery of the program. She plays an integral role in assisting staff, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, and supporting various technological applications used by the program.

Margaret transitioned into this role after over five years’ experience with the Ministry of the Attorney General at the Walkerton Courthouse. Over the years, she has developed a diverse skill set in administrative support, legal operations, and client relations, contributing her strong foundation in both the public sector and service-based environments.

B. David Barrett

Service Provider Liaison

As Service Provider Liaison, Dave Barrett engages and supports employment service providers and other key stakeholders in Grey and Bruce Counties in the achievement of regional employment service system outcomes and to better understand the needs of diverse and marginalized individuals. Prior to joining Employment Services Bruce Grey Huron Perth, Dave was the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) Coordinator/Facilitator for the Bluewater District School Board and the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board, opening doors for students to explore and work in apprenticeship occupations through Cooperative Education, events, and community partnerships. Prior to his time with OYAP, Dave was the Project Manager at Saugeen Economic Development Corporation for 12 years and has worked in many different sectors and industries over his career.
