As Supervisor, Ellen Gregg is responsible for day-to-day operations of the employment services team, and developing and implementing quality assurance programs and practices to support the objectives of the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Employment Services Consortium, which includes the geographic area of Bruce County, Grey County, Huron County, and the City of Stratford serving Perth County. With 20+ years of experience in healthcare focused in the areas of community development, needs assessment, program development, program delivery, program management, and evaluation, Ellen brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team.
Quality Assurance Specialist
As the Employment Services Quality Assurance Specialist, Bailey Lounsbury supports employment service providers compliance with regulations and client interactions as well as collaborating with local community partners, service providers, and employers in Grey, Bruce Huron and Perth Counties. Bailey joined the world of employment services in August of 2023. In the past, she has worked as a Marketing Manager, Court Services Representative, Business Owner/ Entrepreneur, as well as financial compliance roles across Grey and Bruce counties. She has worked in many different sectors over her years, which helps her add a diverse, unique vision to the position. Bailey has a Degree in Business and in Marketing. When she is not working, Bailey is involved in many local volunteer initiatives and community events as well as assisting local service groups in the area.
Program Assistant
As Program Assistant in the Employment Services division, Margaret provides key administrative support ensuring smooth operations and delivery of the program. She plays an integral role in assisting staff, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, and supporting various technological applications used by the program.
Margaret transitioned into this role after over five years’ experience with the Ministry of the Attorney General at the Walkerton Courthouse. Over the years, she has developed a diverse skill set in administrative support, legal operations, and client relations, contributing her strong foundation in both the public sector and service-based environments.
