This policy applies to all persons who deal with members of the public or other third parties on behalf of Employment Services BGHP, whether the person does so as an employee, member of Council, agent, volunteer, student placement, or otherwise and all persons who participate in developing policies and guidelines governing the provision of services, programs or facilities to members of the public or other third parties.
